CDC Non Profit Initiative

M Ryan is the author and founder of CDC Group and the CDC Non Profit Initiative, which powers CNC Designer Club, the largest free design sharing community for CNC enthusiasts in Bangladesh.

Driven by a vision to support artisans, machine operators, and small workshop owners across the country, Ryan established the non profit wing of CDC and its platform, cncdesignerclub.com, to remove financial barriers for local craftsmen. Through this initiative, CDC provides free, production ready DXF and RLF files, enabling CNC businesses to thrive and access premium digital assets without overhead costs.

Attuned to client needs and local industry demands, Ryan actively imports innovative, new dimensional shapes from leading Chinese manufacturers into Bangladesh. Furthermore, he introduced industrial grade tool coatings and founded cdctools.cc, Bangladesh's first government certified e commerce platform dedicated exclusively to industrial CNC equipment and tooling solutions. By bridging the gap between open source digital design, high grade physical machinery, and advanced tool technology, Ryan provides a complete, reliable end to end framework for the national manufacturing sector.

Under the CDC Group framework, Ryan maintains a community first approach. Rather than acting as a traditional corporate executive, he holds the title of Author within the ecosystem, championing a democratic model where every member is valued as an equal contributor. Today, CDC Group stands as a pioneering movement dedicated to open resource sharing, technical empowerment, and the sustainable growth of Bangladesh’s CNC industry
